Wrap Time - Time Card for Film Crews App Reviews

As a film technician I purchased this app thinking it would allow me to keep track of my hours and pay. This app comes nowhere close - there are far too many variances in contracts and nowhere to apply them. Ive contacted the company, wondering when we can expect updates and it seems to me as though they are focusing on other projects - no updates in sight. Save your money, this app is useless.

Quick easy and accurate. No excuses now for not having hours and possibly losing money. All your crew friends without this app will bug you for accurate hours. Do what I did. Tell to get this app!

This app is perfect for keeping track of daily times and wages.

This app would be better if it allowed for NDBs.

I used to always wait to write down out times and now find it easy to do everyday.

I would love to see a calendar view in this app and to be able to import the calendar into my iCal would be even better. Also, I would like to be able to adjust my hours throughout the day without having to calculate to save the info All in all, good for what I do, an audio mixer. I think itll get to where it needs to be - Lalo

Its nice for estimating your pay but the times are not accurate in decimals. Also it doesnt have a place for forced calls.

The App is a good idea but the OT dosnt total correctly and the Decimal dosnt work properly.

Needs some small improvements. Should give option of 10ths of hours. Also I have had some problem entering my hourly rate. Cant wait for the upgrade

This should be a free app, total waste of money- inaccurate and you will never use it. Not practical at all.

Works great. It could use a few fixes here and there but overall its useful.

This app is a great tool to remember info for timecards. Wish there was a way to leave lunch time screen and go back to homepage without losing info. Overall a good app.

This app doesnt adhere to NYC rates or regulations, limiting its usefulness. Sent devs email, response was he was busy but would get back to it at some point. Hasnt happened. If it worked properly, youd sell a million apps. (You want that dont you?) Please make that happen. Til then... One star.

6th and 7th day rates not calculated, inability to change rate from day to day to reflect key and seconds bumps, but not a bad baseline app for estimates

there should be a save info button. The meal penalties boxes should have a 4th but other than that Ive been very happy! Ive been using Wrap time since last May. It makes my life easier especially after the 15th hour when I cant think straight!

Kinda handy but not there yet. Needs to total the jobs (other than csv) and to support mixed rates (best boys sometimes scout for gaffers and then go back to bb rate for the shoot).
